Frequently asked questions

How do I follow a league or club?

During onboarding, pick the leagues you care about. You can change your picks any time from Profile → My Favourites or by tapping the Follow pill on a club’s clubhouse page.

How do I turn off notifications?

Go to Profile → Settings → Notifications and toggle match alerts off.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@playher.co with the address you signed up with and we’ll delete your account and stored preferences within 30 days, per our privacy policy.

Where can I report a bug?

Email support@playher.co with a short description and (if possible) a screenshot or screen recording.
